Central Functions Update January 2017

Our new recruiting tool is now online! Since beginning of January, all job ads in our careers section feature an “apply now” button that leads to a form including a CV upload, where candidates can apply for the selected position. Applications are instantly available in PMT for the recruiting managers for review and further action. This not only shortens the time until the application is available for managers, but as well reduces manual work steps for us. Many thanks for making this happen to the project team consisting of Dominique and Gordana! Since our team of penguins is growing almost monthly, we have decided to increase the resources in our global HR team. As a first step, the office management in Zurich has been fully taken over by Michelle. Furthermore, we are glad to welcome on board Carmen, a new penguin in our global HR team. After her first two introduction weeks in Zurich beginning of February, Carmen will start in our (new!) London office mid of February as Office Manager / HR Assistant, reporting to our HR Manager, Mo Teng. Last but not least, please keep in mind the performance review deadline of 9th of February.
